*For kids who are in 2nd-5th grade for the 2023-24 school year.
Payment Due Dates:
$30 Deposit on these dates:
January 7, March 10, May 12, June 16 (you can pay all up front if you prefer)
FINAL BALANCE IS DUE June 16, if paying by check put in memo, “KIDS CAMP”, there is an additional fee if you pay online. Please check with Melissa if paying online.
**Please pay on these dates as we have deposits that we have to pay the camp for and supplies to order. The absolute deadline for you to let us know your child is going to camp is June 16. After this date, we cannot take anyone as we have to order shirts and turn in a final number! If you need a scholarship, please let me know asap.
We will meet at camp Thursday, July 25 about 8:00 a.m. We will leave Camp Baldwin July 27 about 9:00 a.m. We ask that parents drive their child over or line up a ride with others.
Your child will need: bedding for twin bed, sheets, blanket, pillow, swimsuit (one piece for girls), towels, plastic trash bag for wet clothes, athletic shoes, flip flops, toiletries, sunscreen & insect repellant, Bible, pen, water bottle, 3 changes of clothes, pajamas, items to dress up your counselor for Mr. & Mrs. Camp Baldwin (just send fun items, please do not bring ladies clothes for the men and no makeup please), Snack Money (no more than $20) Quarters(recommended for vending machines), regular medicine that will be given to our camp nurse.
LABEL ALL ITEMS WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME!!!!
Items not to bring cell phones, electronic games, music players, water guns or balloons, shaving creams (pranks are not allowed at kids camp)
